One of the first doubts that arose when I was preparing to travel to India was what I could wear during my days there. My concern was to feel well dressed (in terms of comfort, temperature and also aesthetics) without escaping from the style considered “adequate” in the culture of the country, which is very macho.
I did a few searches on Google and all the references I found were not to wear very tight clothing or to leave parts of the body exposed, giving preference to pants and skirts with a length well below the knee and blouses or shirts that left no shoulders, back or belly shows without any transparency. It turns out that I am very detail oriented, I like to prepare the best possible for the trips that I make, and therefore, that little information about what to wear still left me some doubts about what kind of clothes to wear exactly.
